Refund Policy

Product Returns

1: We have a 15 day return policy. this means that when you receive the item, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. however, you will need to notify us and obtain authorization before returning the product. we do not accept items returned to us without a prior return request. If 14 days have passed since receipt of your item purchased, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2: All products to be returned must meet the following conditions to be considered for return:

* Product must be unused (do not ride or use in any way).
* The product must be returned in its original packaging and all necessary components must remain in the original box.
* All accessories must be undamaged and included in the return package. this includes manuals, chargers and anything else that was originally in the box.

3: For returns initiated by the customer, the customer (sender) shall be responsible for the shipping fees.  the specific fee will be determined by the express company the sender chooses. If the need for return is due to defects or a mistake on our part, or if the goods received are damaged and incorrect, ULTRON will bear the shipping costs in this case.

Once the return criteria above are met, we will send you a shipping address and instructions on where and how to send the package.

 

Refund Approval

1: Once we receive the returned package, we will check it and let you know if the product and everything else came back intact. if everything came back intact, we will approve your refund and notify you. following that, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of the refund approval.

2: If the refund still has not arrived, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
